  1. As reported by Stanford Medical, It is really the ONLY reason women in this country get to live 10 years longer and weigh 42 lbs less than us.

    (Just so you know, it has absolutely NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret-exercise and absolutely EVERYTHING to do with "HOW" they eat.)
